SCAM ALERT: We have received reports that fraudsters are "spoofing" bank phone numbers in our area and trying to trick businesses into thinking they are speaking with the "Fraud Department" at their bank regarding an ACH transaction in an attempt to get account information or one-time passcodes to gain access to online banking and cash management services. These scams can take various forms and target anyone at any time, so it's important to remember: IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL, EMAIL or TEXT from someone claiming to be from the bank that you do not personally know, please hang up and call us at a number you know to be correct. If it is us contacting you, we will not mind this confirmation step, and if it is not us calling you, you will have saved yourself from an imposter scam! If you have any questions or need assistance please call us at 217-223-6480.
